Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no ads, your schedule stays in your browser.
What’s stored in your browser
The schedule generator, checklists and daily-routine builder save your inputs and ticks in your browser’s localStorage so they’re still there next time. This data never leaves your device unless you use the AI coach (below). You can wipe it any time:
AI schedule coach
If you press “Adjust my plan”, the text you typed and a plain-text summary of your current schedule are sent to our server and passed to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to generate a reply. We don’t store the conversation or link it to you. Don’t include names, addresses or health details you wouldn’t want processed by an AI provider.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It’s cookieless and doesn’t build profiles of individual visitors.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.
